WASC Information on Library Services

The Oviatt Library provides essential services and access to information through new technologies, as well as a physical place, to support both student learning and faculty research. Students, in particular, benefit from the Library’s physical and virtual resources since effective study habits are linked to academic integration and university retention.

The Library offers a welcoming and accessible space for students to meet collaboratively, study, or conduct research. Additionally, the Library provides students remote access to library resources, including 24/7 reference assistance, through a variety of electronic methods.
