The Library's most frequently used materials on microform (books, periodicals,
U.S. government publications, newspapers, etc.) are located in the Reserves,
Periodicals & Microform Room, fourth floor, east wing. Infrequently used
microform materials are stored in the ASRS,
and can be readily retrieved at the service desk in the Reserves, Periodicals
& Microform Room.
To determine if the Library has particular material on microform (microfilm,
microcard or microfiche), perform either a subject, title, periodical title
or author search in the Library
Catalog. Assistance in finding materials and in using the reading and
microcopy machines is available at the Reserves, Periodicals & Microform
service desk. Published guides to microformat materials are available in the
Reference Room on the first floor of the Library. Microfilm and microfiche
self-service printers are available in the Reserves, Periodicals & Microform
Room and require coins to operate.
