This is a pay-per-use site for climatological data, but there is some free climatological data and more can be accessed without a personal subscription via the Library Catalog entry for the title/series in which you are interested (you may need to be in the library for this to work).

Focuses on Biology, Geology, Geography, and Water Resources of the United States.
Water Resources of the United States
Includes the Water Data for the Nation, which provides access to years of historical and real-time water data collected by the U. S. Geological Survey.
Where You Live (Enviromental Protection Agency)
Search for local environmental data from several databases.
