Assignment
The class term project requires student teams to analyze the latest annual report of their assigned public-traded company, including the status of a selected "contingency or liability" such as an ongoing or prospective lawsuit brought against the company. Thus, students will have to conduct research using secondary sources such as business periodicals and newspapers, as well as Lexis-Nexis case research to determine the status or outcome of litigation facing their group's assigned company.
