Note: Following the January tax law changes made by Congress under the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, the Internal Revenue Service plans to open the 2013 filing season and begin processing individual income tax returns on January 30. See the IRS News & Events for updated information. Therefore, the IRS' production and distribution of some 2012 major tax products, including the Form 1040, is impacted, which also delays the receipt of printed tax forms by the Oviatt Library. Check the west wall of the Reference Room to see which forms are available or copy and print the downloadable forms from the websites listed below.
