How to Find a Reserve Call Number

1. Find the Course Reserve list for your class
   • Start your search using the electronic form on this page.
   • If you know your instructor's last name, type it in the box under "Search by instructor." If your instructor has items on reserve, a list of courses for which she has reserve items will appear.
   • If you only know your course number (same as the CSUN catalog), type it in the box under "Search by course number." A list of instructors teaching the course will appear.
2. Find the Course Reserve call number
   • Click on the course number of your class or your instructor's name.
   • A list of the materials on reserve for your class will appear.
   • In the Call # column will be the call number for the reserve item.
   • If the call number begins with RBR, the item is an instructor-supplied item and is kept behind the Reserves, Periodicals, & Microforms Desk on the fourth floor.
   • If the call number begins with TCCBK the item is is kept behind the desk in the Teacher Curriculum Center (TCC).
   • If the call number begins with MMR th item is kept behind the desk in Music & Media (M&M).
