Locked study cubicles are available to faculty who have long-term projects that require easy access to Library materials. These cubicles are shared by two to four faculty members, and may be used to store personal materials and circulating Library materials that are properly checked out. Reference materials and uncharged circulating materials must not be left in faculty study rooms, as they are rendered unavailable and untraceable if they are locked up. When a faculty study room is no longer needed the key should be returned to Circulation.
Access to the Faculty/Graduate Study Rooms, located on the lower level, Tseng Family (west) Wing, is available to graduate students and faculty. Inquire at the Circulation Desk for availability and sign-up.
Group study rooms are located on floors 2,3 and 4. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis to groups of CSUN students. Rules for their use and size of group are posted in the rooms.
Individual study rooms are located on floors 2,3 and 4. Please go to the Circulation Desk for availability and sign-out of locked study rooms. Unlocked rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for individual use.
