The following instructions explain how to embed a dynamic javascript widget into the HTML source code of your Moodle page or other web page.
- On the Find Articles by Subject page, select the My Saved Databases link under My Account. Log in with your CSUN User ID and password.
- In the right-hand sidebar, under "Create a new collection" type a custom name for a new collection (e.g. English 305), and click the Add button. In the new page, click Add resources and Edit.
- Make the list public by selecting the Public link next to "Make Collection."
- Add resources by clicking the
link. A search box will appear to allow you to search titles and descriptions by keyword. Click the green + icon again to add individual resources to your list. Click I'm done adding resources when you're finished. - Click I'm done editing when you've finished editing the list.
- Select Embed Collection from the right-hand menu.
- The Embed form lets you select configuration options on the left-hand side, and previews your list on the right-hand side.
- Click Refresh after selecting your display options.
- Copy the code in the Javascript widget box and paste it into your web page or Moodle Page.
- Save the page.
