  • Reservation requests are currently being accepted for Spring 2014 (May) and Summer 2014 (June-August).

Guidelines

Plan Ahead

A minimum of 10 business days in advance notice is required to place a reservation request for the Ferman Presentation Room. Last minute requests cannot be supported. The Ferman Presentation Room is in high demand, so availability is not guaranteed.

Dates & Hours

The Ferman Presentation Room is available during library hours, provided a library staff member is available. Reservations must conform to established building hours.

Designate a Liaison

To ensure consistent communication between your group and the Library, please assign one CSUN staff or faculty member to act as your event liaison throughout the planning process. This person needs to complete the Reservation Request Form.

The booking dates available are for August through December 2013 only.

When selecting your start and end times, please take into consideration preparation time before the event, and the necessary clean up time following the event.

User Agreement

Applicant certifies that the proposed activity will be conducted in accordance with the Library's policies and guidelines and accepts the responsibilities described.

The last field should be left blank to prove you're human and not a spammer.

Once I submit my request, what happens next?

  1. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday.
  2. The average turnaround time for a response is 2 business days from time of request.
  3. All confirmations are via email only.
