The CFA Member Helpdesk is now available on-line! Simply go to http://www.calfac.org and click the "CFA Member Helpdesk" button on the home page.

The On-line CFA Member Helpdesk provides the fastest service available to address some of the most common member concerns. With a turnaround time of 1-2 business days, members can report a problem with their dues or fees deduction; change their personal information in the

CFA Database; or ask a question about their CFA membership.

Although the Member Helpdesk can also be reached via e-mail (support@calfac.org) or via phone [877-CALFAC(1)] the fastest service is available on-line at the CFA Member Helpdesk.
