The International Guitar Research Archive now resides in Special Collections of the Oviatt Library on the campus of California State University, Northridge.

Under construction is a Finders Index, which will contain more then 10,000 music print titles, digital photographs, transcribing of correspondence and especially the index to numerous guitar Periodicals.

Most recently we have added the catalog of our collection of recordings to the Oviatt Library Digital Collections. The database can now be electronically searched by album title, composer, performer, record company, release date, and music genre. You can start your search by typing a few keywords in the search box on this page or by selecting the Advanced Search option.

There are many steps to complete before the whole of IGRA will be accessible on-line. Please bear with us during this important restructuring period. If you would like to receive IGRA update via e-mail, please send an e-mail to igra@csun.edu with a subject line of updates.
