Special subject responsibilities as bibliographer for English, Humanities, Italian, Modern and Classical Languages (2003-2007), Journalism(2003-2006), and Communication Studies (2003-2004). Performed original and complex adaptive cataloging of new acquisitions, including book and non-book materials, into RLIN and Innopac using AACR2r, USMARC and LCSH. Cataloged all non-book materials, such as photographs, sound recordings, films, posters and video recordings. Performed all reference work and bibliographic instruction. Assisted staff, volunteers and outside patrons with library and museum archives research. Supervised paraprofessional staff and volunteers. Worked with vendors and donors and attended auctions to acquire new materials.
