Assignment: Professor Hsu advises "The purpose of this assignment is to engage you in a deeper understanding in a self-selected research topic related to people with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders, severe disabilities, and multiple disabilities across all age groups (e.g., school age, adults, and elderly populations). The topic can be associated with, but not limited to, the following areas: physical activity, physical education, physical fitness, functional performance, instructional strategies, behavior management, transition/community integration, health promotion, assistive technology, inclusion, attitude, challenging behaviors, communication and social behaviors, etc. Future directions regarding your selected research area MUST be proposed as an outcome of your review paper."
