The Library website\u00a0offers a new and improved version of OneSearch. You will be able to search for books, e-books, videos, articles, digital media, and more. The following are several FAQs about using the new OneSearch.<\/p>\n

Q: Once I find an article in OneSearch, how do I get it? <\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Select the \u201cFull text available\u201d link for the article.<\/p>\n

Next, select one of the database links which will take you to the database that carries the full text of the article.<\/p>\n

Q: Once I find a print book in OneSearch, how to I get it? <\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Select the title of the book in your result list. The next screen will provide you with the floor location and call number for the book. There will also be a “Map it” link that, if selected, will provide you with the stack number\u00a0of the book’s location.<\/p>\n

To access e-book titles, select the “Online access” link for the title of the e-book in your result list.<\/p>\n

On the next screen, select one of the e-book links to access the e-book online.<\/p>\n

Q: What if I want to search individual databases to find articles instead of using OneSearch?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: <\/strong>You can still access individual databases from the Library homepage by selecting “Databases by Subject” or “Databases A-Z.”<\/p>\n
