Students from all majors can compete to win money, Arduino kits, and spots to show off their creations at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canyons.edu\/Offices\/SchoolofAppliedTech\/MakerSpace\/Pages\/Events.aspx\"><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">College of the Canyons (COC)\u00a0MakerFaire<\/span><\/a>. The 3Duino Challenge will run from March 15, 2018 &#8211; 8:00 a.m. to April 28, 2018 &#8211; 3:00 p.m. Visit the Creative Media Studio in the west wing, main floor of the Library to get started.<\/p>\n<p>WISE and the Oviatt Library will award the following prizes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1<sup>st<\/sup> place: $200 in gift cards, Arduino kit, certificate of participation.<\/li>\n<li>2<sup>nd<\/sup> place: $100 in gift cards, Arduino kit, certificate of participation.<\/li>\n<li>3<sup>rd<\/sup> place: $50 in gift cards, certificate of participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, the top participants will receive COC MakerFaire tickets and have their submissions showcased at the Oviatt Library&#8217;s booth.
