Acceptance and Funding of Proposed Projects

The ability of the library to accept proposed projects is affected by, but not limited to: the number of documents, types of media, project timeframe, subject matter, intended audience, copyright status or the availability of existing library resources.  For this reason, projects otherwise deemed acceptable according to the library’s mission (and the parameters articulated in this policy) may require additional negotiation between partners to secure or share project support.  In such cases the mutual pursuit of grant funding by library and faculty partners is encouraged.
