Read to Lead Reception and Panel Discussion

November 18, 2014 - 9:00am to 11:00am
University Library - Jack & Florence Ferman Presentation Room

The Read to Lead Initiative includes 20 of our campus leaders from CSUN faculty, staff, students and alumni. Each leader has selected a book on leadership that has played a vital role in their personal life and professional career development. Participants will be featured in a library exhibit and select leaders will take part in a series of panel discussions to discuss their chosen book and leadership philosophy.

The first panel discussion will feature President Dianne F. Harrison (The Diary of Anne Frank, and To Kill a Mocking Bird, by Harper Lee), Executive Director of the University Student Union Debra Hammond (The Corporate Mystic, by Gay Hendricks, Ph.D. and Kate Ludeman, Ph.D.), Head CSUN Baseball Coach Greg Moore (7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen Covey), and Dean of the College of Health and Human Development Sylvia Alva (Crucial Conversations, by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan and Switlzer).

Please RSVP by Monday, November 17 with Fatema Noor at 818-677-5081 or via email at Fatema.noor@csun.edu
