Hey Matadors! The Oviatt Library has teamed up with the Journalism and Communication Studies Departments to bring you two Voter Forums – one on Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and one on Wednesday, October 31, from 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. These special events will take place in the Jack & Florence Ferman Presentation Room in the Oviatt Library and provide all Matadors with the opportunity to “Get to Know the Ballot” and to deconstruct all of the campaign messaging that surrounds us! There will be a discussion about gas prices, rent prices, homelessness, and more. Students in Jour365: News Literacy and Coms309: Advanced Public Speaking will be leading these events.
