The Armenian community remains a vibrant part of CSUN, and Los Angeles — as April is Armenian Heritage Month, and April 24th is nationally recognized at Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, the CSUN University Library invites our community to explore the below resources and stories, including past blog posts and virtual book displays.
As we celebrate Armenian Heritage this month, we should also recognize how Armenian culture and identity shows up in our present moment — from Artsakh and continued the displacement from the Nagorno-Karabakh wars, to the movements in the United States to include Armenians in the census.
In addition to links and reflections from our blog archives, we encourage our CSUN community to explore these resources and others, to learn more about Armenian heritage and community issues.
