The Oviatt Offers a Civil Rights Guide and Support Clinic

Posted in Guides

multi-colored flagHey Matadors! The Oviatt Library offers several resources and online guides that may be of interest. Be sure to check out the Civil Rights and Civic Action online resource guide available on the Oviatt website. The Oviatt Library’s Civil Rights and Civic Action guide was developed for the campus community in response to feedback received after previous campus town halls. The guide provides a centralized location to access legal and political information and resources for students, faculty, and staff at CSUN. This guide continues to be a work in progress and additional resources will be added as possible. However, if you are aware of a resource not included within the guide, which you believe would be helpful to other Matadors, feel free to let us know by using the “Contact Us” box located on the homepage of the guide.

Also, available at the Oviatt Library is a Student Legal Support Clinic. The Clinic provides pro bono advice, counsel and representation to CSUN students in a variety of immigration legal services. Visit our Student Legal Support Clinic FAQ for more information.
