November 29th Workshops: Overcoming Test Anxiety & Procrastination and Last Minute Research Clinic

Got finals stress? We’ve got you!

With the “Finals Countdown” underway, the CSUN University Library is excited to announce a special workshop in collaboration with University Counseling Services (UCS). Join us on November 29th from 12:15 through 2pm for an insightful “Find Your Focus” Workshop session to learn valuable tools for navigating academic stress and prioritize your mental health.

  • UL251 (2nd Floor, East Wing, inside the TCC/M&M)
  • AND Online via Zoom (Click on the link during the workshop to join virtually)

What to Expect:

  • 12:15 pm: Come by in person and grab some snacks!
  • 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm: Find Your Focus Workshop with Hope Ledding: Overcoming Test Anxiety & Procrastination. Hope is a UCS Staff Counselor, and Marriage & Family Therapist. Learn to spot the warning signs of generalized and test anxiety, find in-the-moment ways to cope, and get to know your procrastinator “type” and the best way to manage this sticky tendency.
  • 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Need some last-minute research help on a paper or project? Join Librarian Brianna Limas for a Last Minute Research Clinic. Whether you’re knee-deep in research or just getting started, we’ve got tips, tricks, and resources to make your life easier.
