All proposed exhibits must have at least one Library employee to serve as the Exhibit Liaison. This form is to be completed at least 6 months before anticipated exhibit dates by the Exhibit Liaison or Exhibit Proposer. The Associate Dean of the Library will respond to the proposal within 10 business days. For more information see Exhibit Program Policies and Procedures.
