Library Individual Study and Computer Use Space for CSUN Students
The CSUN University Library is pleased to provide limited individual study space and computer/printing access on the Library’s main floor to current CSUN students only, while the Library otherwise remains closed.
Prior to entering the Library, students will need to reserve an individual study space or computer station using the LibCal reservation system.
Connect to a Library Workstation in myCSUNsoftware.
12 high-end computers originally situated outside the CMS are now available remotely in myCSUNsoftware. The Multimedia and Science & Engineering workstations which are loaded with a full range of applications for digital creation/modeling/editing can now be accessed on your home device. Library Device and Equipment Checkout Renewals & Returns
Library laptop/tablet device and multimedia equipment check outs are suspended until further notice. Students currently enrolled in Spring 2021 classes with items due June 15, 2021 may manually renew their items to September 23, 2021 online through the CMS/LTS Renewal Guide process.
If you no longer wish to keep your items, they must be returned by the June 15, 2021 due date to the University Library which is now open from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday to accept Library device/equipment returns. Before coming to the Library, make sure all device components are inside the kit bag. Please wait at the Library’s front entrance until an employee confirms your Library return and accepts your items.
Device Loaner Program – CSUN Campus Store
If you need to check out a laptop, hotspot, headset, or webcam the Device Loaner Program is now available for enrolled CSUN students at the CSUN Campus Store.
USU Free Printing Gift Cards
The Computer Lab of the University Student Union is now offering $5 gift cards that will allow you to print up to 50 or 41 pages at Southern California Office Depot locations, depending on your preferred redemption method.
