Books Aloud, A world Book Day Celebration In honor of UNESCO International Day of the Book and Poetry Month, the CSUN University Library and Friends of the Library are excited to invite our community to "Books Aloud: A World Book Day Celebration." Books Aloud will be a community gathering with live readings and discussion in the Gohstand Leisure Reading Room (Library, 2nd Floor, west wing).

Bring a (print) book and share your favorite passage with other book-lovers! Readers will get 3 to 5 minutes to read to accommodate all participants, so please limit your selection to 1-2 poems or 1-4 pages of text. Please pick a passage that has made a difference in your life.

The event is open to all, light refreshments will be served.

Please RSVP below. Because time is limited, we cannot guarantee a spot for every participant who signs up to read.
