Duplication Request

Students, faculty, and other researchers can request access to materials in Special Collections and Archives by completing and submitting this form. Before submitting your request, please review the Duplication Fee Schedule.

Purchase Recommendation

The University Library welcomes your ideas on what library materials you'd like to see added to our collections. To recommend books, journals, serials, CDs and online materials, use the form below. Please leave us your email address so we can get back to you.

Faculty members requesting books or other textual materials to be used in a course should use the Reserve Request Form.

CSUN Alumni Authors: Tell Us About Your Publications

We welcome submission of works written by CSUN alumni authors.

  • Include only published or produced works.
  • Do not include academic articles and/or research papers.
  • Please do not send a physical copy of your book/manuscript.

*Be advised that your submission will not be included in the University Library’s collections.

Usage or Licensing Request

Special Collections & Archives in the University Library at CSUN will investigate whether the university holds copyright in collection materials in support of research and scholarship. Special Collections & Archives usually responds to Permission to Publish Requests within 5 business days.
