Scanning & Duplications
The Map Collection operates a cost-recovery fee structure for some services, including large-format printing, scanning, and duplications of copyright-compliant cartographic materials. Please see the fee structure below.

Additional Policies
- Additional fees may apply for digitizing oversize or special format materials
- The Map Collection reserves the right to to alter prices based on project scope
- The Map Collection reserves the right to refuse to scan materials that may damage items or scanning hardware
- Digitization, duplication, or printing requests will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment
- The Map Collection accepts checks and credit card payments
- The Map Collection DOES NOT accept cash
