HSI grantees are required to submit an Annual Performance Report (APR) for each year of the grant project. The Annual Performance Report has four sections: Section 1: Executive Summary; Section 2: Institutional Profile; Section 3: Activities, Focus, and Outcomes; and Section 4: Project Status and Budget.
