Reserve Request Form

Availability Notice

Since instruction will remain largely virtual through the Fall 2020 semester, all course reserve purchase requests will be for e-books, e-textbooks, and streaming media. If the material you need exists only in physical format, please contact your library subject specialist for options. You should also check the Library’s extensive electronic resources, including streaming mediadigital collectionsGovernment Publications, and other Affordable Resources for course reserves options. Please contact the Reserves department at for more information.

Reserve Loan Period Desired

Due to the COVID-19 health situation, all purchase requests will be for e-books and e-textbooks. If the material you need only exists as a physical copy, please contact your library subject specialist for options.

Five years is the maximum length any physical item may be on reserve. Professors must contact RPM at the end of the five years to extend the course reserve for another five years. Reserves that expire will be returned to professors or to the library main stacks.

For library-owned items, please include the call number. To request new purchases for reserve, please include the ISBN.
